Дана характеристика всех факторов, учитываемых при оценке земель, приведены их оптимальные параметры, необходимые для жизнедеятельности растений и проведения сельскохозяйственных работ. Установлено влияние различных факторов на оценку плодородия почв и возможности его повышения за счет улучшения и доведения их до оптимальных параметров. Всего за счет улучшения культуртехнического и мелиоративного состояния рабочих участков, повышения окультуренности почв, плодородие почв может быть увеличено на 9,2 балла, в том числе за ближайшие 7-10 лет - на 1,8-2,3 балла.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article briefly describes the methodology for assessing the fertility of soils in the second round of cadastral valuation of agricultural lands in Belarus. The characteristics of all factors taken into account in assessing land are given, their optimal parameters necessary for plant life and agricultural work are given. The influence of various factors on the assessment of soil fertility and the possibility of its increase by improving and bringing them to optimal parameters has been established. In total, due to the improvement of the cultural and meliorative condition of the working areas, the improvement of soil cultivation, the fertility of soils can be increased by 9,2 points, including 1,8-2,3 in the next 7-10 years.</p></trans-abstract></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title></ref-list><fn-group><fn fn-type="conflict"><p>The authors declare that there are no conflicts of interest present.</p></fn></fn-group></back></article>
